Delivery

Standard Delivery: 

All shipments, unless otherwise noted or discussed beforehand, are made registered 
airmail through Thailand Post. Delivery is made in  approximately 2-3 weeks from the date of shipment.

Express Delivery:

Faster shipping is available through Thailand Express Mail Service (EMS). Normal delivery time via EMS is 2-4 business days, however, delivery time depends on the speed of customs clearance. 

Shipments require a signature so someone will need to be at the delivery address to sign for the package.

Mongkol and Prajiat: 

We usually ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment. In some cases (weekends and holidays), it may take us as long as 72 hours to ship. 

Customs and Duties

All customs and duty charges are the customer's responsibility. If you are concerned with the possible assessment of customs charges, please check with your local post office before placing your order.
